Lovely cozy hotel, I loved lovely breakfast!

The staff was particularly helpful and helpful providing assistance. The beds were extremely comfy and the standard queen room itself was beautifully maintained and recently renovated. City view was NICE.

the standard room is modest and has a small balcony, a new carpet and a storage space. the hotel serves perfectly fine continental breakfast with options yogurt and juice.

The breakfast was lovely, especially the coffee, bread, cereals, and fruit. The hotel's location was very central, close to excellent dining options, Holland Park, Kensington Palace, the Albert Hall.

The location was convenient, close to Earls Court Station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, with a good size bathroom. The hotel had a lift/elevator.

The hotel is fairly clean. the staff is very welcoming and always pleasant. It offers excellent value for money. the atmosphere is quiet. the breakfast is gorgeous, with swift tea & coffee service.

Perfect location near Earl's Court underground, clean and fresh with daily room cleaning, comfortable beds, well-appointed room and bathroom, friendly and helpful staff. Would happily visit again and recommend to others.

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Burns Hotel in Kensington. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Piccadilly tube line and a variety of supermarkets nearby. The surroundings felt safe and I had no hesitation going out in the evening. The breakfast options were great and I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits. I highly recommend this hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Value for money was great, room was comfortable with a nice view of the community park. Convenient location near Euston Station and staff were attentive and helpful.

The staff are friendly and offer basic amenities, including tea and coffee facilities, making you feel right at home. Plus, having breakfast included with swift tea and coffee service is a bonus.
