Lovely cozy hotel, I loved lovely breakfast!
The staff was particularly helpful and helpful providing assistance. The beds were extremely comfy and the standard queen room itself was beautifully maintained and recently renovated. City view was NICE.

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Burns Hotel in Kensington. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Piccadilly tube line and a variety of supermarkets nearby. The surroundings felt safe and I had no hesitation going out in the evening. The breakfast options were great and I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits. I highly recommend this hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
